We only advise this form of postage on small orders under £20.00. We do not accept liability for lost orders via this method. In the unlikely event of an item being lost, opened or damaged in the post, I will produce a proof of postage certificate and it will then become the purchaser’s responsibility to take up the issue with the Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) - £4.95 (UK only)

We recommend this postage for all items as you are guaranteed to receive your order the next working day after it has been shipped. This method of postage also provides you with automatic insurance and in the unlikely event that an order should be lost, opened or damaged we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. If the order is completely lost or damaged beyond repair you will receive a full refund.

Royal Mail Airsure Deliver - £9.95 (overseas)

Packaging Your jewellery will arrive in a beautiful presentation box. Orders are then bubble wrapped and placed in a jiffy bag for added protection.

Giftwrapping Service If you are buying an item of jewellery as a special gift and would like it gift wrapped please click on the “Gift wrap” button and I will personally wrap your jewellery in exclusive paper and attach a message card for an additional cost of £3.50. Please include your message in no more than 35 words please. Please note that gift wrap is not refundable.
