Returns if not satisfied
If you decide to return your item of jewellery for whatever reason you should do so (with security tag in tact) within 7 working days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on earrings due to health and safety (unless faulty). All items should be returned in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and adequate insurance to cover the full cost of the item. A full refund will be given using the same method as original payment.
Bespoke items of jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged as these have been commissioned to customers’ specification.
Faults and Breakages
In the unlikely event that your jewellery is found to be faulty due to workmanship a full refund (if returned within 30 days of delivery) or repair (if returned within 6 months of delivery) will be given. All regularly worn bead-strung pieces should be re-strung every 6 months. Please contact me regarding any problems and I will arrange for you to return the item if necessary.

Applicable Law
The law governing any purchase order will be the law of England and Wales. |
